Can I try out an account before spending any money ?
Unfortunately this is not possible. You can still get your money back within 30 days of purchasing though if
you are not happy.
Do you provide support via instant messenger programs ?
No, not at the moment.
Do you have a file I can download, so I can test your speed ?

What happens if I reach my bandwidth / data transfer limit ?
Your account will automatically be suspended on reaching the data transfer limit, to prevent excessive overages (and costs). We make an attempt to send out warnings to the email address you have set in cPanel when the limit is approaching so that you can make arrangements, but it is your responsibility to keep a check on usage and to contact us in advance to purchase extra resources if required to prevent suspension.
Will I need my own domain name when I sign up ?
Yes, you will need your own domain name.

Can I host friends ?
Yes, you can host your friends. If your friends want to have their own control panels, they will need to order their own package.
Do you allow, sites to advertise for money, on their website ?
Yes, we allow sites to have commercial advertisments.
Can I password protect directories ?
Yes, you can password protect directories using cPanel.
Will you place adverts on my site ?
No, we never will place adverts on your website.
Can I host more than one domain name ?
Yes, all our hosting accounts allow you to host mutliple domain names.
Is there a minimum time contract/commitment ?
Monthly basis only. If you cancel your account at any time, the whole unused months, if any, will be pro-rated and refunded on request. Terms apply, Click Here to read our terms.
Do you back up my site and how often ?
Yes, we do backups, once per night. We strongly recommend to have a complete backup of your site and data on your computer at all times. We make no guarantees of any kind as to the integrity of these backups.
Hosting accounts that use more than 2000 MB of web space will NOT be backed up. Only the MySQL databases that relate to those accounts will be backed up. Therefore, if you ahve a large site, we recommend that you keep a backup on your computer.
To make your own backup, you should log in to cPanel and click Backups which give you various options to backup your data, you should then download it to your computer.
Will I be charged in GBP (£) or USD ($) ?
All invoices and charges are made in US Dollars ($). Any amounts shown in other currencies are to be used as a guide only and we recommend checking the exchange rates before ordering at websites such as http://www.xe.com/.
